Austria: Final stage ends in bunch sprint
The eight and final stage in the Tour of Austria was perfectly suited to the sprinters of the peloton. A small escape group tried their luck, but they were caught in time by the sprinter`s teams. In Vienna a bunch sprint decided who took the final stage in this Tour. After 123 kilometres Graeme Brown won after he outsprinted the Germans Förster and Greipel. The riders of Team Quick Step finished in the peloton. The overall win went to the Italian Riccardo Ricco. Belgian champion Stijn Devolder was the first rider of Team Quick Step in a 17th place.
